ENGINEEREDfor what's next.
Since 1984, we have paired deep engineering expertise with the latest technology to deliver projects that perform. From advanced 3D modeling to drone-based site analysis, we bring the tools of a national firm with the responsiveness our clients expect.
Begin your projectIn the mid-1980s, while most firms were still drafting by hand, we invested in PC-based CAD and became one of the largest PC CAD operations in the country. That instinct to lead with technology has defined us ever since.
Bob Rauch founded this firm in 1984 with the conviction that Eastern Shore clients deserved the same caliber of engineering as any major market. From the start, technology was the differentiator, allowing a focused team to deliver work that rivaled firms many times our size.
Today, under Casey Rauch, P.E., that commitment to innovation runs deeper than ever. Our team of 54 professionals works with BIM, 3D civil modeling, drone photogrammetry, GIS analytics, and cloud-based project management to serve more than 300 clients across Maryland, the nation, and internationally.
Eight disciplines. One firm. One integrated platform. When your architect, engineer, surveyor, and environmental scientist work in the same digital environment, coordination happens in real time, not through weeks of file exchanges between separate firms.

WHAT THEY SAY
Construction of the stormwater project wrapped up in June with the removal of the ES controls. We see this project as an overwhelming success. This would not have been possible without your company's efforts over the past 3 years. Your efforts have expanded our days open and our ability to do so. I know I speak for all our shareholders when I say Thank You!

Let's talk
Your project starts with a conversation.
Whether it's a new building, a master plan, or an infrastructure challenge, pull up a chair and tell us about it. Our door on Harrison Street in downtown Easton is always open, and we would rather listen first than pitch.
