RAUCH inc. is a full-service engineering, architecture, survey, and environmental consulting firm headquartered in Easton, Maryland on the Eastern Shore. Founded in 1984 by Robert D. Rauch, P.E., following his tenure as Talbot County's youngest-ever Public Works Director, the firm has grown from a one-engineer practice into a 54-professional multidisciplinary firm and one of the Eastern Shore's most respected design consultancies.
RAUCH's integrated team of licensed engineers, registered architects, professional surveyors, environmental scientists, and certified drone pilots work from a single headquarters, allowing real-time coordination across disciplines that would otherwise require multiple separate firms. The firm has been a consistent early adopter of technology, from PC-based CAD in 1984 to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and licensed drone operations today.
