Project Overview
RAUCH is involved in the development of Heritage Shores, a 2,000-unit residential and golf course community in Bridgeville, Delaware. We have completed engineering design services for Phases 1 through 7. Design work included grading, storm drainage, water, sewer, stormwater management, and sediment control.
