RAUCH conducted a thorough engineering feasibility study pre-construction for the expansion of 2U Inc.'s corporate headquarters. Our study addressed zoning constraints, parking calculations, easement issues, property owner verification, preliminary design evaluation, stormwater management needs, site utility concerns, deeds research, and survey needs. Post-feasibility services included civil site engineering for a fine grading permit and stormwater management plans incorporating Environmental Site Design (ESD) practices.
