Project Overview
RAUCH conducted facilities assessments for two buildings (19,000 sf and 54,000 sf) for Aphena Pharma Solutions, one of the top contract pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging companies in the United States. Multi-disciplinary review covered MEP components, structural elements, architectural finishes, and civil site features. Our scope also included a Phase I Environmental Assessment and construction cost estimates across all disciplines.
