Project Overview
RAUCH provided project and construction management for façade and parking lot improvements at the Dorchester Square Shopping Center. The team managed construction from planning and design through individual retail tenant openings. Site improvements included milling, resurfacing, drainage rehabilitation, striping, landscaping, curb and hardscape work. Facade improvements modernized the elevation including green metal mansard roof improvements, T1-11 soffit repairs, cinema entrance enhancement, and LED entrance signage.
