Project Overview
RAUCH provided survey, engineering, MEP, environmental services, architecture, and grant writing services for this training facility in Easton, Maryland. The campus serves the Town of Easton, seven fire departments, Talbot County emergency services personnel, the Talbot County Sheriff's Office, the Easton Police Department, and Talbot County paramedics, totaling more than 600 first responders.

3,600 sq. ft. educational center with smart classrooms, conference rooms, offices, and flex space

3,500 sq. ft. burn building for live training exercises

1,500 sq. ft. concrete pad for car fire, extrication, and traffic safety training

Educational programs for fire, law enforcement, and emergency medical services

Grant writing: funding from USDA Rural Development and a Legislative Bond Initiative

Construction completed November 2025; construction cost $4.8M
