RAUCH provided architectural, MEP, and engineering services for the relocation of Enterprise's Easton headquarters to a vacant building on Route 50. A/E and MEP design services supported renovation of a 1,040 sf space with an open floor plan, customer service room, conference room, employee break room, restroom, storage room, and utility closet. The team also designed a detached 850 sf rental car wash building with CMU walls, wood truss roof, overhead door, drive-in bays, and washdown equipment.
