Project Overview
RAUCH provided architectural design and engineering services to reimagine an existing residential office building for Fello and BGC through a comprehensive interior renovation, the addition of a new stair, and a full second-story expansion bringing the total building area to 2,603 square feet. The original gable roof was removed to make way for a complete second floor, resulting in a modernized office environment that blends functionality with contemporary design. The building also serves as a prototype for the material palette and design approach planned for the larger adjacent development.
