RAUCH provided review services to the Town of Hebron for the proposed Porter Mill Solar project, a 45.8 MW solar energy installation on two parcels totaling 398.94 acres. Our services included review of the project concept plan, stormwater management compliance, soil erosion and sediment control plans, and water, sewer, and Town right-of-way impacts. RAUCH also conducted a zoning ordinance review to ensure the project conforms with the Town's ordinances, including setbacks, landscaping, and parking requirements.
