Project Overview
RAUCH provided architectural, MEP, and structural engineering services for the first Mach-1 Express Wash in Delaware. The facility features a lobby, customer service area, 130-foot tunnel, vacuums, detailing air guns, and a mat cleaner. Our team coordinated architectural and MEP design to meet Mach 1's branding goals (modern lighting, awnings, signage, and color schemes) while adhering to Town of Georgetown Design Standards.
