Project Overview
RAUCH provided project and construction management for a shopping center rehabilitation, evaluating the layout and traffic flow to improve paving, hardscape, and landscape for better pedestrian and vehicular circulation. The entire asphalt parking lot received a 2" mill and overlay. Services spanned from beginning to grand opening including individual retail tenant openings, roof inspection and evaluation reporting, and cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
