Project Overview
RAUCH provided architectural and engineering design services for the construction of this 3,200 sf Verizon Wireless retail store. Our Architectural and MEP teams worked directly with Verizon on a design meeting corporate standards and local planning and zoning regulations. Services included coordination with survey professionals, geotechnical and civil engineers, full construction documents (architectural, structural, MEP, and civil), bid package, permitting, and construction administration.
