Project Overview
RAUCH is partnering with Talbot County on improvements to Frederick Douglass Park, a 107-acre county-owned park and nature center on the Tuckahoe River. After receiving grant funding, Talbot County requested conceptual options to address current conditions and provide practical recommendations on infrastructure, visitor experience, and resource protection.
