Project Overview
Martingham is an unincorporated community on the Miles River just outside St. Michaels, featuring an 18-hole golf course and single-family homes and condominiums. RAUCH completed a drainage area study evaluating existing and future drainage problems, particularly aging ditches and culverts over 50 years old and silt-filled ditches causing standing water. RAUCH then assisted the HOA in prioritizing the most cost-effective drainage solutions within their annual budget.
