Project Overview
Swan Point is an unincorporated waterfront community in southern Charles County along the Potomac River and Cuckold Creek. RAUCH provided site design, sediment control, utility design, hydrology, and stormwater management planning. The design approach maximized Environmental Site Design through micro-bioretention areas, submerged gravel wetlands, rain gardens, sheet flow to conservation areas, and rooftop/non-rooftop disconnects.
