Project Overview
This transformative project will deliver a new multi-family affordable housing community in the Town of Easton, replacing outdated and substandard rental units with high-quality, modern residences. The development replaces 28 existing units with 85 thoughtfully planned apartments, significantly expanding access to safe, attainable housing in the community. RAUCH is providing comprehensive design and engineering services for critical infrastructure upgrades, working in close collaboration with Naima Ventures, the Town of Easton, and Easton Utilities to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery.
