Wastewater
Talbot County, Maryland
In 2021, Talbot County took over a failing WWTP previously owned by a property owners association after MDE took formal action, calling it an "emergency and a public health menace." RAUCH conducted a preliminary engineering analysis, implemented short-term process refinements to immediately improve performance, and provided long-term recommendations including MBR treatment add-on units. Most recently, RAUCH delivered 80% design plans for full improvements.
