Suicide Bridge Restaurant's failing on-site septic system, unable to handle 5,000–10,000 gallons per day, could not be replaced due to Critical Area soil conditions. RAUCH evaluated alignments and flows, then recommended connecting to the Town of Secretary's Twin Cities WWTP via a 4" force main. Permits included U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approval for directional drilling under the creek, a Critical Areas Growth Allocation, and a tidal wetlands license from MDE.
