Project Overview
RAUCH was retained by the owners of Riverview for planning, design, and construction management services for a mobile home park expansion. Scope included preliminary engineering and permitting for a privately owned ENR WWTP with point discharge to the Bishopville Prong. RAUCH successfully obtained the discharge permit from MDE by developing an innovative phosphorus mitigation plan with best management practices and nature-based solutions. Phase II includes civil site design, final WWTP design, and construction inspection and management.
