Project Overview
The original 1920 residence was intentionally replaced with a striking three-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Shingle-style home designed to fully embrace panoramic views of Harris Creek. At the heart of the home, the first-floor great room features expansive walls of windows, capturing sweeping 180-degree water views and filling the space with natural light. Situated entirely within the floodplain, the structure is elevated more than five feet above grade, an engineering solution that enhances resilience while preserving the home's connection to its surroundings. A lowered sun deck bridges this transition, creating a seamless and graceful link to the waterfront. The primary suite offers a private, elevated balcony ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The third floor provides a versatile, open-concept space, perfect as an additional living area or easily adapted to accommodate a fourth bedroom and third bath.
