Project Overview
RAUCH was selected by the Town of Vienna to write a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to evaluate and recommend solutions to upgrade the Town's water treatment plant, well, and disinfection system. The PER was funded by USDA Rural Development. Recommendations included new wells in a confined aquifer, relocation of the treatment plant closer to the town, and modern treatment equipment. RAUCH applied for capital funding through the MDE Water Quality Revolving Loan Fund, which was awarded in 2021.
