RAUCH provided engineering, survey, and grant writing services for the Town of Hebron's water system redundancy and improvements project. The design supports construction of a new 300,000-gallon potable water storage facility, a new well, and a water disinfection system. A new treatment plant will replace outdated controls and tie into the newly proposed well. MDE gave preliminary approval for a grant of $3.8M to fund the project.
